BLP currently have a vacancy for an Associate or Senior Civil/Geotechnical Engineer, preferably MSc Graduate, with minimum 10 to 15 years’ experience, for their Belfast office. The job requires an energetic and enthusiastic individual willing to apply their knowledge and experience and to develop further skills in specialist geotechnical design.  An experience of deep excavations and ground improvement are preferable. Candidate must have excellent understanding of the main principles of common design problems, slope stability, bearing capacity, settlement of foundations, retaining walls, and should be confident in dealing with these.
